Hello parents,

The last two weeks have been busy in our classroom. The children were very excited to let our Painted Lady Butterflies go after watching them grow from larvae. They also learned about two- and three-dimensional shapes, went to the Book Fair, sang a song about Spring (The Farmer Plants a Seed...") at the Sharing Assembly, started learning about Canadian coins, and had our Artist in the Classroom visit (their work was wonderful!).

Thank you to our Parent Volunteers: Reading Club was done by Alexandra's mom, Maya's mom, and Tatum's mom; the Mystery Readers were Griffin's dad, Alexandra's mom, Victoria's mom, and Lola's aunt, and the TDSB bags and snuggle books were done by Josh's mom, Matthew's dad, Alexandra's mom, and Scarlett's mom. Thank you!!

Thank you for bringing in your paper copies of your SK child's baby photo for the Graduation Ceremony. Maya's mom will be busy creating a DVD for our Graduation Ceremony with the photos from this year. Your photos will be returned. Thank you so much Mrs. Fuller for taking the time to do this!

Warm regards,

Mrs. Tyndall
